Using the Tepper Residence as an example of the process, we start by creating a conceptual plan. We obtained the architects drawings for this home’s remodel and used it as our base. Once conceptual plan was approved we move into working drawings. These include hardscape, planting, and finish details. It can also include irrigation and lighting plans.

The photos show a progression of the construction process. As soon as landscape has matured more professional photos will be taken of this project.
